Welcome to Realbuff! We are committed to delivering your orders safely, accurately, and on time. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how your package is processed and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

2. Shipping Partners & Courier Network

To ensure smooth and speedy deliveries across India, we partner with top reliable courier services:

  • PAN India Logistics: Shiprocket, Delhivery, Ekart, and Amazon Shipping.

  • Same-Day / Local Delhi NCR Deliveries: For orders within Delhi/NCR, we may also dispatch packages via Porter or express local couriers for faster delivery.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Delhi / NCR: 1 – 3 business days (Express local delivery via Porter/couriers may be available for select orders).

  • Metro Cities (Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai, etc.): 2 – 5 business days.

  • Rest of India: 4 – 7 business days.

  • Remote / Tier-3 Locations: 5 – 9 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to weather conditions, festive surges, or unforeseen courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on orders above ₹499.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD available across eligible pin codes. A nominal COD handling charge of ₹25 may apply at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code and link on your registered email address and mobile number (via SMS/WhatsApp). You can track your shipment anytime directly through our courier partner's portal.

6. Address Changes & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address, pincode, and contact number are accurate during checkout.

  • If you need to modify your address after placing an order, please contact our support team immediately at [javed.realbuff@gmail.com] or [+91-9711753637] before the item is dispatched.

  • If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us (RTO). Reshipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that is physically damaged, open, or tampered with:

  1. Do not accept the delivery if possible, or mention "Damaged" on the delivery receipt.

  2. Take clear photos/videos of the box and product.

  3. Contact us within 24–48 hours at [javed.realbuff@gmail.com] with your order ID and proof so we can resolve it promptly.
